Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

Shoes – Must be returned in their original packaging and unworn.

Clothing – Must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached.

Bags & Accessories – Must be unused and in original condition.

Fragrances – For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrance sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
Conditions

All items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items not returned in their original condition (worn, damaged, missing tags/packaging) will not be eligible for a refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
