Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our refund and returns policy below.

Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

  • Shoes – Must be returned in their original packaging and unworn.

  • Clothing – Must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached.

  • Bags & Accessories – Must be unused and in original condition.

  • Fragrances – For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrance sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

Conditions

  • All items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items not returned in their original condition (worn, damaged, missing tags/packaging) will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. 

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us first to confirm availability.
